This blend is designed to relieve intense menstrual cramps. The blend can be used to relieve heavy bleeding, fertility issues, and infections. Anti-inflammatory properties help to treat uterine problems such as endometriosis and fibroids.
It’s great for women who suffer from PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), balancing the female hormones and relieving the symptoms of PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome).

Recommended Use/Dose

½ ounce of dried herbs (about 1 tablespoon) to 1 cup of boiling water. Boil for at least 10 minutes. You can drink this tea throughout the day.

For stronger blends, you can add dried herbs to cold water, cover, and let boil for 10 minutes.

It’s best to take tea blends 10-15 minutes before eating.

For the best results, take this tea 3 times a day. You can drink this tea throughout the day.
- Supplement dosage recommendation: Take up to 3 capsules, 2-3 times a day. Take it with food. You may decide to take more or less depending on your body weight & any physical reactions.

This blend is considered safe for daily use. We always recommend a 12-24 hour break every 7-14 days for all herbal blends.

Our herbal products are delivered in either sealable bags or airtight glass jars. These herbs or mixes can be preserved for 6 months, or up to a year.
We recommend storing herbs in airtight glass jars for longer storage. They should also be stored in cool and dark spaces.
