This is a robust tea blend that both you and your little ones can have before bed.
This blend is flavorful, calming, and great for overall health. It was formulated with your little one's health and taste buds in mind. Contains Calcium, Vitamin C, and Chlorophyll.
It’s filled with gentle, yet effective herbs.
Ingredients | Nettle Leaves*, Lemon Grass, Hibiscus*, Oat straw, Chamomile*, & Orange Peels

Recommended Use/Dose
- ½ ounce of dried herbs (about 1 tablespoon) to 1 cup of boiling water. Boil for at least 10 minutes. You can drink this tea throughout the day.
- This blend is typically taken before bed or even naps. You can take this blend before or after eating.
- This blend has a calming effect. However, this blend is safe to enjoy throughout the day.
- This blend is considered safe for daily use. We always recommend a 12-24 hour break every 7-14 days for all herbal blends.
Precautions | Recent studies show that Hibiscus can have negative impacts during pregnancy, especially in the early stages. It is not advised in these cases.
Consult a doctor if you are taking any alpha-blocker, blood thinner, diuretics, diabetes, or lithium medications. Not safe during pregnancy. Not recommended for children under 2 years old

Our herbal products are delivered in either sealable bags or airtight glass jars. These herbs or mixes can be preserved for 6 months, or up to a year.
We recommend storing herbs in airtight glass jars for longer storage. They should also be stored in cool and dark spaces.
