This is a bath blend to help detox the mind, body, and spirit. It’s moisturizing, soothing to the muscles, and filled with minerals that the body needs. This seaweed is extremely high in magnesium and iron.
People pay to go to spas and take seaweed baths to relax and detox. This blend is formulated with your self-care in mind and can be used at home. This blend is safe as a herbal hair wash. It detoxifies the scalp.
How to use: Run your bath as hot as possible halfway. Boil water if needed. Hot water releases the minerals and fragrances from the herbs. Add 1 -2 full cups of the herbal bath blend. Allow the mixture to soak for at least 30 minutes. You will notice the seaweed turning a brighter green (if you do not, the water is too cold).
After 30 minutes, adjust the bathwater and run the full bath. Check the water temperature then soak for however long the wave will carry you. You can soak your crown in the water as well.
This blend is natural seaweed and it will have an oceanic scent.
For the easiest cleanup, place herbs in a muslin bag.

Precautions: Soaking iron in through the skin and just about as powerful as eating it. Due to its detoxing effects, this blend may make you feel lighter. It’s not to be used daily. We recommend this blend once a month.

Our herbal products are delivered in either sealable bags or airtight glass jars. These herbs or mixes can be preserved for 6 months, or up to a year.
We recommend storing herbs in airtight glass jars for longer storage. They should also be stored in cool and dark spaces.
