- Red Raspberry Leaves* | Helps soothe pelvic pain and can reduce the heaviness of the periods caused by Fibroids
- Yarrow* (very bitter, only in the capsules) | A powerful herb to reduce heavy bleeding caused by uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and ovarian cyst

Recommended Use
- ½ ounce of dried herbs (about 1 tablespoon) to 1 cup of boiling water. Boil for at least 10 minutes. You can drink this tea throughout the day.
- For stronger blends, you can add dried herbs to cold water, cover, and let boil for 10 minutes.
- It’s best to take tea blends 10-15 minutes before eating.
- For the best results, take this tea 3 times a day. You can drink this tea throughout the day.
- Supplement dosage recommendation: Take up to 3 capsules, 2-3 times a day. Take it with food. You may decide to take more or less depending on your body weight & any physical reactions.
- This blend is considered safe for daily use. We always recommend a 12-24 hour break every 7-14 days for all herbal blends.

Our herbal products are delivered in either sealable bags or airtight glass jars. These herbs or mixes can be preserved for 6 months, or up to a year.
We recommend storing herbs in airtight glass jars for longer storage. They should also be stored in cool and dark spaces.
