A tea blend for women on their fertility journey. The herbs in this mix support healthy ovarian function, promote progesterone production and nourish the womb.
It promotes healthy menstrual cycles and helps to boost the production of healthy cervical mucus.
This blend is also an aphrodisiac when taken by men and women.
Star herbs in this blend
- Dong Quai | A powerful female hormone balancer used in Chinese medicine. Its name means proper order. This is due to its ability to restore healthy order to the body, This herb can be slightly bitter. The sweetness is released by properly simmering the herb.
- Red Raspberry Leaves* | Helps to tone the uterine and pelvic muscles.
- Ashwagandha* | Improve blood circulation throughout the body.

Recommended Use/Dose
- ½ ounce of dried herbs (about 1 tablespoon) to 1 cup of boiling water. Boil for at least 10 minutes. You can drink this tea throughout the day.
- For stronger blends, you can add dried herbs to cold water, cover, and let boil for 10 minutes.
- It’s best to take tea blends 10-15 minutes before eating.
- For the best results, take this tea 3 times a day. You can drink this tea throughout the day.

Supplement dosage recommendation: Take up to 3 capsules, 2-3 times a day. Take it with food. You may decide to take more or less depending on your body weight & any physical reactions.
- If taking this blend daily, we recommend taking breaks during your full menstrual cycle
- If you confirm or believe you could be pregnant, please discontinue use. This blend can stimulate the uterus.
Precautions | Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Consult a doctor if you are taking any alpha-blocker, blood thinner, diuretics, diabetes, or lithium medications. Not recommended for those with Kidney complications, Diabetes, Hypertension, or Heart complications.
It’s recommended that you discontinue use during menstrual cycles. Best used in moderation.

Our herbal products are delivered in either sealable bags or airtight glass jars. These herbs or mixes can be preserved for 6 months, or up to a year.
We recommend storing herbs in airtight glass jars for longer storage. They should also be stored in cool and dark spaces.
