Stinging Nettle* | The herb is a detoxifier. It has strong anti-inflammatory properties and anti-allergy effects
- Burdock root* | Helps improve blood circulation and remove toxins from the blood

Recommended use/dose:
- ½ ounce of dried herbs (about 1 tablespoon) to 1 cup of boiling water. Boil for at least 10 minutes. You can drink this tea throughout the day.
- For stronger blends, you can add dried herbs to cold water, cover, and let boil for 10 minutes.
- It’s best to take tea blends 10-15 minutes before eating.
- Supplement dosage recommendation: Take up to 3 capsules, 2-3 times a day. Take it with food. You may decide to take more or less depending on your body weight & any physical reactions.
- If taking this blend daily, we do recommend taking a 24-48 break every 7-14 days.
Precautions
Women who are pregnant, actively trying to conceive, or breastfeeding should avoid this herbal blend. It can stimulate the uterus. Potentially unsafe for children under 18.
We recommend consulting a doctor if you are taking any blood thinner, alpha-blocker, diuretics, diabetes, or lithium medications. This blend could interact poorly with these medications due to herbs that have blood thinning effects.

Our herbal products are delivered in either sealable bags or airtight glass jars. These herbs or mixes can be preserved for 6 months, or up to a year.
We recommend storing herbs in airtight glass jars for longer storage. They should also be stored in cool and dark spaces.
