This tea blend is designed to calm the mind and the nervous system. It’s a great blend for those seeking natural support for anxiety and/or depression.
Star herbs in this blend
Skullcap* | A power herb for the central nervous system. Supports the body in leveling out hormone imbalances and fighting anxiety.
Tulsi* | Helps to fight stress & anxiety. It has a calming and mildly laxative effect.

Recommended Use/Dose

½ ounce of dried herbs (about 1 tablespoon) to 1 cup of boiling water. Boil for at least 10 minutes. You can drink this tea throughout the day.

For stronger blends, you can add dried herbs to cold water, cover, and let boil for 10 minutes.

It’s best to take tea blends 10-15 minutes before eating.

Supplement dosage recommendation: Take up to 3 capsules, 2-3 times a day. Take it with food. You may decide to take more or less depending on your body weight & any physical reactions.

For the best results, take this tea 3 times a day. You can drink this tea throughout the day.

This blend is considered safe for daily use. We always recommend a 12-24 hour break every 7-14 days for all herbal blends.
Precautions | Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This blend has blood-thinning properties and should be avoided if you are taking blood-thinning medication. Could interact negatively with diabetic medications.
Could alter the physiologic impacts of MAOIs, TCAs, and SSRIs.
Not recommended without a doctor’s supervision if you are diabetic. This blend may interact with mediation and lower blood sugar.

Our herbal products are delivered in either sealable bags or airtight glass jars. These herbs or mixes can be preserved for 6 months, or up to a year.
We recommend storing herbs in airtight glass jars for longer storage. They should also be stored in cool and dark spaces.
